To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Your request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as EARRINGS, PERFUME, NECKLESS customized, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1. Email us at hynaverse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment (or store credit if preferred).
f you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Returns are accepted only for items with a manufacturing defect, provided they are unused, in original packaging, with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund, repair, or replacement may be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24-48 hours of approval, but may take 3-5 business days to reflect.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
